Corrupt file?

HELP! I've spent a full day's work on a file, and now it seems to have "frozen". I can open it, and I can see the "first level topics" connected to the "main box" in the middle. The topics have plus signes connected to them, but if I click a plus sign to expand it, absolutely nothing happens. Furthermore, I can't add topics, I can't copy - I can't do anything at all within that file. It's like everything has frozen.

I'm new with this software, but have fallen absolutely in love with it. I do hope someone can tell me to do just "this and that" to solve it...

BTW: I use Mindjet Connect Free - didn't find any thread for it, though.

Does this happen with all of your maps or just this one in particular? Are you a MindManager user as well? If so, are you able to open the map in MindManager without any problems? Thank you!

I has just happened with this one file. On the other hand – i've just worked with two other files in all. New to this. And no - I don't use MindManager.

I take it you work at Mindjet – coulnd't you log into my account and take a look at the file?

I have the same problem with one of my maps, can open but not edit anything.
Can you please tell me how you solved that?

Are you a MindManager user as well? If so, are you able to open the map in MindManager without any problems? Thank you!

Problem is solved, got following answer from the support :)

It seems the zoom factor of the map has become corrupted somehow and is set to 0%.
To solve the issue, simply set the zoom level to 100% and save the map.

Please someone help me. I have months of work in a mind map, and it seems to be totally damaged. It loose half of the map, name of the topics, format...everything. It is totally damaged.

When I tried to open it in the iPad, it showed me the message "Corrupt File".

I've just opened the support ticket, I would really appreciate the help of the team.. I ́m freaking out with this lost, it is my head, I will lose my job if I lose this information.

The program is not reliable...
