Corrupt map on iPhone

This morning I used the new Create Map with Camera feature on my iPhone. I created a map with approx 20 images. The map successfully transferred to Mindjet Files.

I started editing it on my Windows Desktop and after awhile saved it as a local file on my PC.

When I went back to the iPhone it gave me message saying do you want to use the recent version on Mindjet Files or stick with your local one. I said stick. I closed the file and opened another map. Later I returned to the original "camera" map but I get the message "File is corrupted".

The version of the map in MIndjet files is as expected and opens on the PC.

Pity as I wanted to go back to the original and get an image of it for a blog.

Hi Andrew--

I want to make sure I understand the workflow here:

1) You used Create Map with Camera to build a new map on iPhone
2) You either copied/moved the map to Mindjet Files(or were you already in Mindjet Files when you created it?)
3) You then opened it FROM MJ Files on MJ Windows, but instead of saving the edits back to MJ Files, you saved them locally
4) You then went to open the map living on MJ Files on the iPhone--it initially launched a cached version, and when the iPhone client saw there was a more recent version on MJ Files, it gave you a choice of staying with the cached version, or loading the most current saved version. You opted for the cached version
5) You closed the cached version, and open a different map altogether
6) Later, you tried to open the map living on MJ Files on iPhone, and it said it was corrupted
7) However, this same map living on MJ Files is viewable on MJ Windows?

Please let me know if this is a correct summary.

Hi Andy

Thanks for your interest.

As you stated except:

2) It was created in a Mindjet Files folder
3) A version was edited and saved in MIndjet Files. Then saved locally for further editing.
7) Yes. And it is the Windows edited version on MJ files not local copy.

Thanks, Andrew. So, re: #7, is it currently the case that the map on MJ Files is perfectly viewable and editable on Windows, but shows as corrupted on iOS, even if in the latter case you choose to view the most current version on the cloud, rather than the cached version?

I no longer get the choice.

When I try to view map on the iPad,the message is "Cannot reach server" other maps are viewable.
