I'm trying MM 9 and MM 2012. I have office 32bit on Windows 7. I have a error

Could not connect to Microsoft Outlook!

Restarting Mindjet MindManager and Microsoft Outlook may solve the problem.

I read about this problem and saw nothing except "open a support ticket" for more than a year. Is this problem solved now? The sync option is a critical for me...

This solution may be helpful.

Applies to: MindManager Pro 7, 8, 9

Symptom
Microsoft Outlook integration does not work or is missing.

Resolution

Please note that MindManager does not support MS Office 64-bit or click-to-run versions.

Please follow these steps to restore the Outlook add-in:

- Check in MindManager 7/8 under MindManager Button > MindManager Options > Add- Ins - if the corresponding add-in is activated.
Check in MindManager 9/10 under File > Options > Add Ins

- Check in Outlook under Help/? > About Microsoft Outlook > Disabled Items (or ? > Disabled Items in Outlook 2003) - enable all related MindManager items that are listed there.

- Repair MindManager via the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
- Repair Microsoft Office via the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs

- Click START > Run and execute the following command to register the add-in manually:

32-bit
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Mindjet\MindManager X\MmXOutlookLinker.dll"

64-bit
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mindjet\MindManager 10\Mm10OutlookLinker.dll"

X = replace with your version number with 8, 9, or 10

If none of the above works please perform a complete re-installation of MindManager via the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

Hi, Terry! Thanks for your answer!
I use 32 bit Office in Win7 64 environment.
It's ok with the add-ons and the plagins. Outlook items export to MindJet works fine. I re-registered dll. I repared Mindjet and reinstalled it. I also make all the add-ons inactive except MindJen add-ons. Nothing helps.
Seems to be unresolved MJ bug...pity..

If you could please open a ticket with our Technical Services Team, I believe we should be able to help troubleshoot this. Within my MindManager 2012, I can send tasks and appointments to Outlook and import without any errors. It's possible there is something specific about your Window's environment that could be causing this issue.
If you open a ticket someone from our TS Team will reach out to you for troubleshooting.
