Could you make it possible again that the mindjet website jumps to our (european) region?

If I use the www.mindjet.com URL it used to open the European version of the website.

SInce the last change, -Announcement MindManager is back- it always goes to the USA page.

I then have to change the flag to find the info that is valid for my part of the world.

I assume many leads, customers and prospects will be confused by this.

So.... please correct this behaviour ASAP

And while you are at it: Mindjet shows prices inclusive VAT However... most european countries have different VAT percentages.
The net price is correct, but the inclusive prices are only valid in some countries

I fdully support this suggestion. Since the changes in the governance and obviously the ownership of mindjet many things are different in a negative way.

I am using this product since 2001. But I stopped updating since Version 7 Pro. Wiht Version 11 I try it again.

Hi ARY,

Are you saying that each time you visit www.mindjet.com, rather than being directed to the the EU site, you're being sent to the US homepage by default? I just want to clarify exactly the issue you're having as I'm investigating.

Yes thats is what happens


It used to come up with the site for the region I work from (Europe) and in UK it did that too.

After one month i am worried.

This must be a difficult one for the webdevelopers.
Or they simply don't get the message whereas Mindjet revenue is coming mostly from European customers

If they need help any kid can do this within a day in Europe.;-)

THIS IS TERRIBLE

The mindjet website goes to the US page again. Tested from 2 devices with Chrome, MS Internet Explorer, and Firefox

It is also WRONG on Android
And it is FAULT at IPAD and MAcbook Safari.

About a week ago I was pleased that it all was corrected after one month of confused customers. NOW I am mad as Hell !!

The Web developer who did this hould be fired NOW.

or does Mindjet have plans to ignore non-US customers (I cannot believe this)

Hello Terry

It is still not working.
If I try firefox your website shows the USA site
If I try MS Explorer It shows the USA SIte and it can't find some images.

If I try Chrome It comes up with USA site, but if I switch to Europe, It stays on Europe until I switch off my desktop

If I use my mobile it shows USA.

I Know you've got PRISM to deal with , but this becomes silly.

Please TAKE EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS SERIOUS After all that is where Mindjet started.

Another 5 days gone and no improvement, nor did anyone responded to me.

All European customers are left in the dark. Does marketing know how much revenue is coming from our part of the world? If so... why block it?
