Which export feature are you referring to? Are you using the Mindjet Viewer PDF or SWF files? Please let me know so that I can best assist you. Thank you!

I am trying to create a clickable map that I can load onto my website to allow any user to move to a different web page on the site e.g. a site map. I need to be able to make the map a predetermined size so it fits correctly on the target page and retain the coordinates so that when the user clicks on the appropriate part of the map they get the hyperlink. I am not concerned about the file format of the map so long as it is not an excessive size that makes it slow to load for users like myself that only have a very slow broadband <512K and does not require any additional mouse clicks. I have tried using the cclickable map export template but the output is too big for the target page and because of the content I cannot make the map with less options.

Using the export to Web Page -> Clickable Map option you cannot control the dimensional size, but you can reduce the file size to make the downloading by your users a better experience.

You can use a 3rd party graphics tool and increase the compression of the image itself to reduce the file size.

Or if you want total control for the clickable map just uses HTML client side map functionality.

You can export the map as an image. Then size it however you want.
Next use a MAP editor to generate your map coordinate codes. For the HTML

Here is one online example to generate the map coordinate codes.
