Disparity between Mac and PC Interfaces for this product...

The disparity between the PC and Mac interfaces for this product seems a bit much, and makes it difficult to swap back and forth between versions, as well as making training that much more difficult. Why not make them the same interface (sans feature differences)?

I understand the issue with Ribbon vs. OSX interface, but other vendors have overcome this (see www.projectplan365.com as an example), and even when excluding the ribbon from the comparison, the interfaces are still wildly different...

Main screen examples (pc first, then mac):

Another example; pc first then mac:

Another one I would add to the list is Export to Excel ... capability exists in the Windows version but not in the Mac version

Hi Jigs,

We are definitely working towards making a more consistent experience between applications but it takes a bit of time. The new Inspector sidebar was introduced for this purpose. Now the side bars between Windows and Mac are more consistent which helps with commonly used functions while mapping.

We will keep moving towards offering a better consistent experience with future releases.

Thanks for your feedback.

Mark
