Distribute effort among resources

Greetings!

I noticed that MM automatically evenly distributes specified Effort among all Resources for a single Task. How do distribute effort among resources in a custom way?
For example, I have a task with two resources and a total effort of 1 day. I want resource 1 to take 0.3 days and Resource 2 takes 0.7 days of effort.

  Is this currently possible?

Hello Andrey,

In MindManager 2020, right-click one of the two resource names on the Topic and then choose 'Edit Resource Effort', then choose '%(load) from the picklist and set the value to 30%. Then do the same for the second resource and set the load to 70%.

I hope this helps.

Best,
-Marian

Thanks for the feedback. I admit this setting is not easy to find. I'll have to think through how to make this more discoverable in a future update.

Best,

IMHO this trick should be added as a tip to online help.
Also, it makes sense of adding  the controls to Task Info panel.

I'd like to have the possibility set the effort percentage for a ressource in the whole project not for every single task
