Text notes do not save?

I cut and paste some text into a note. The note doesn't save. I move off that item and go back, it's gone. When I write only a sentence or to, it saves fine but a block of text fails.

Anyone else having this problem on the most current version?

Has MindJet even tried this? Quite honestly this looks like it obviously doesn't work. I really don't have time to go back and forth with support.

After reading about Mindjet's lack of focus on the Mac platform, my solution was just to go with another product that is more focused.

Thank you for your feedback. We have tried to replicate the issue in house. However, we cannot adequately assess the issue until we know more details about the steps that are being taken, how much information is being copied and pasted into the notes section, how you are then exiting out of the notes section and then reopening to find that the notes you pasted did not save. I will pass this along to our product team as well to make them aware. Thanks again!

Yes, we've tried this and don't experience the same issue on the current version nor have a record of it on version 8. It's important for you to start a support ticket so we can validate and diagnose failure points. It's also important for MindJet and those on this forum to know which OS you're using.
