Is there an easier way to copy and paste the functions from existing topics and subtopics to new ones? Right now I am just copying the existing topic and setting it wherever it needs to go. However, is there a way to do this more efficiently on a large scale? Thanks!

You can do it with the Map Sections.

For ex. If I have a parent topic with a function that add the basic data contained in sub topics:  I create 2 Map sections : one for the function and one for the basic data.
Then in a new map I can call the Map Section containing the function and then call the Map Section with basic data and add as many as wanted under the topic with the function.

I hope this responds

Hi Katherine,

As Ary mentioned above the previous post details how MAP for MindManager can help with this.
