Email not working on iPad mindmanager

I can compose an email in mindjet 3.6.1 to send a map and it appears to get sent - I get the mail sent sound - but the mail never actually goes. Is this a known problem? It's very frustrating as I like to compose maps on the iPad and then mail them elsewhere to work on.

I have just worked out the copy option that enables me to move a file to Dropbox and access it from there but it would be nice if the email options worked too.

Have you checked the Spam filter? Can you also check if the email appears in your Sent folder on your iPad?

Thanks for the reply, it's definitely not that. There's nothing in sent or drafts - it just doesn't seem to get there.

Have you tried to re-install the app? Does this issue occur with all Maps on your device?

We were only able to reproduce this if the email password needed to be updated, and even then only on certain versions of iOS.  If this is not the issue, please let us know if you have any other details about how to reproduce the issue.

I haven't tried reinstalling the app yet. I'm sending email fine from the gmail app so I don't think the password is the problem. Let me try a reinstall.

Hi Simon, 

You must have the native email app in iOS configured  in order to send Maps out of Mindjet for iPad. The gmail app does not integrate with Mindjet for iPad.
