Emailing Newly Assigned Task

If I assign a task to someone, can I send them an email to let them know? How?

Are you using Mindjet Connect Action? If so, your connections should automatically receive an email when you invite and assign individuals to tasks.

I am experiencing this same issue with Action.

I invited a new user this morning and she has not received a single notification since the invite. Spam/Junk mail folders are empty. Notification settings for both our accounts are "High" with both "email me..." boxes checked. I receive all notifications.

Any assistance you provide will be greatly appreciated.

Please add app@mindjetconnect.com to your email address book to help insure that the emails are not being added to your spam folder. If this does not work and the problem persists, please let me know. Thanks!

I should have mentioned - I already did that, too. This is a new fresh email account, so there's no mail whatsoever in the spam folder. We have identical configurations; I receive all messages, yet she has received none.

Apparently I spoke too soon. I have not received an email update from the system since my last post stating that I am, in fact, receiving all messaging. I'll try not to take that personally.
