How can I do to copy one map into the other map without change their design, properties and that it be now a subtopic of the central topic?

This is quite hard to do, unless the design of the map to be embedded is created by using the commands in the Ribbon (and not settings the design by using Design > Map Theme > Modify). All in all, I don't think you'll get it 100% right.

Do all the topics in the embedded map need to be "live" within the larger map? If not, you could post an image of the map in a topic and then attach or hyperlink the map.

Otherwise this is tricky to do. The fundamental problem is that when you paste the map into the larger map the central topic has to be "demoted" to become a main or second level topic (or even lower down the food chain, depending on the level at which you paste it). Consequently the main topics in the embedded map become third level sub-topics, and so on.

If you have to construct things this way but can set things up from the start, structure the map to be embedded so that there is a single main topic off the central topic and link all the subtopics to this main topic, which in effect becomes the "de facto" central topic.

This will greatly limit your formatting choices especially for the next level of subtopics, but it means that when you copy this map and paste it in the larger map, most of the formatting you have applied should stay the same.
