Meeshawn,

Thank you for contacting Mindjet Support. You can try one of the following direct installers for 2019 to see if you
get a different result. Here are the alternative direct download links for 2019.

Please select the bit rate equal to the bit rate of your  MSOffice program
if you require that integration. Once the .exe has been downloaded right click on it and select
run as administrator.

Its worth a try but I'm not sure this will resolve your issue.

Error 1325 is a Windows generated error message and there are a variety
of reasons this issue can be encountered. You may need to have your IT department, if available,
resolve the issue, as changes likely need to be made to the System Registry to resolve it.
You may want to have your IT install it with full admin rights, unless you have that level of access

Here are some suggestions.

Make sure you have all system requirement listed below:
https://www.mindjet.com/support/product-resources/system-reqs/

Possible Reasons:
1.We have seen this issue when we don't wait for complete download and start the installation wizard from network folder itself( Download folder)
2.Problem sometimes occurred if the installer took a long time to download
3.Error sometimes reported if the InstallShield package had been corrupted.
4. If you have company firewall it may have something to do with this.
5. You might want to disable security software and try installing it.
Also make sure Windows installer drivers are up to date.
6.If you have Download Manager running behind (as I have seen that can conflict )then disable it and try downloading.

You may want to also ensure your x86 and 64bit Visual C files are updated.

After doing some research I found that the errors you are receiving are Microsoft related, not
MindManager. Here are a couple of articles to help resolve.
