error when importing opml file

I just installed 2019 and I am trying to create a MAP with all my daily RSS feeds.  I exported an opml file from my feedspot account and when I try and import to MM, I get an error
"error importing OPML
Object 'cmjDocumentCollectionComObject' reports and error: 'unable to create document'"
any help would be apreciated in resolving.

I am an IT consultant so in order to stay current, usually the first thing I do in a day is read all of the relevant blogs and Microsoft forum that have been released that day.  Unfortunately with the current RSS reader I have it is not difficult to lose track of that useful tidbit of info.  What I HAVE been doing is copying a blog post to onenote and then putting the url of the blog it came from.  What I hope to be able to do with MindManager is to tag the blog and then filter on the tag when I am looking for something.  I may keep onenote or evernote involved in some way so my map does not get too big.
