Error Message: "Mindjet MindManager 2012 has encountered a problem and needs to close."

I keep getting this message when I try to launch 2012. I've unistalled and reinstalled the SW but still get the same message. Any thoughts?

I have this problem as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still get the Windows msg when I try to launch MM2012. Running Win7.

Is there any known solution for this issue. I am getting the same problem. I suspect the uninstall process does not do a complete removal of all the MM components. I have opened support ticket, but so far I have not received any reply.

I've found that the .NET Framework 3.5 fixes this.
Strange because the software install tells you that's what you need and then installs an earlier version. You continue, thinking it's all set to go then it crashes.
Installed the DOTNETFX35.EXE from MS and it worked.

Updated .Net framework and still have the issue. I can not open Mindmanager 2012 at all it gives a message:

any ideas? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with reboots in-between.
