Export as Mindjet Player with MM v.8 doesn't work

Why on Mindjet ver. 8 the "EXPORT AS MINDJET PLAYER" does not work? A few months ago it worked! On a Mindjet Map 90Kb sized, after 10/15 seconds the following message appears:
MindManager could not create the Player file. Possible reasons include:
- tha Internet service that creates the file was not available.....
The Internet browser is open then available, the same mesage appear with others maps with different size and content.....what's the matter???Waiting for your reply, thanks in advance and sorry for my poor english by an italian Bouzan's fan...bye

The issue is related to the decommissioning of the Mindjet Catalyst server infrastructure. If you contact our Customer Service team, they will provide you with an updated MindManager build that supports local export. Please use the following url to create a case.
