If you have not opened a map yet, the Export option will be greyed out. Once you select the map that you choose to export, navigate back to the File menu and then select Export. You will have the option to export to a PDF. Please let me know if this helps.

What version of MindManager are you using? Can you send me a screen shot as well? Thank you Greg.

How do I tell what version I have? At the top it says MindConnect Vision. Here is a screenshot.

Hi Greg. When you posted your original comment, I was under the impression that you were using MindManager, our desktop client. The screen shot clarifies that you are using Mindjet Connect Basic. Connect Basic does not allow users to Export to Word. This is a feature included in Mindjet Connect Business. Please see this feature comparison chart: http://www.mindjet.com/pdf/us/MJConne.... Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding. I hope that this helps to clear things up!

That definitely helps clarify things. So basically I can't export to PDF unless I buy the MindManager Desktop, right?

You have two options, purchase MindManager 2012 for Windows, or you can purchase a Connect Business account. I hope this helps. Thanks Greg!

I have this problem as well. "Export as PDF" (not export as Mindjet Viewer) is greyed out. I have a licensed copy of Mindmanager 2012.

Please advise...

Hi Jeff. Do you have the map that you wish to export opened in the desktop application? As I mentioned above, if you have not opened a map yet, the Export option will be greyed out. Once you select the map that you choose to export, navigate back to the File menu and then select Export. You will have the option to export to a PDF. Let me know if this resolves the issue, if it does not, please let me know. Thanks!

Yes. I have a map open. I added the export button to my toolbar and it is greyed out as well.

Thank you Jeff. Do you have PDF xchange installed on your computer? It looks like this is what is causing the issue.
