Export to Mindjet Viewer (SWF) for embedding in a web site - any issue with the "free trial" button?

I want to export a map for it to be embedded in a web site, and for this I understand the Mindjet Viewer (SWF) is the most adequate solution.
The exported map shows, in the lower right corner, a "Free trial" icon with a link, which doesn't really fit our web site procedures.
I understand from a previous post that this icon cannot be removed. Then, the next question is: does this icon (and the licence behind it and Mindjet Manager) restrict the publication of the SWF map on the Web?
We have full Mindjet licenses.
