export to PDF failure

I encounter a problem in exporting to PDF with MM2012.
Does somebody encounters same problem? This my first time I have this. This problem doesnot show in my second sustem with MM2012.
Hope somebody can give advise what might be the cause of this (incidental?) failure

What problem are you experiencing when trying to export to a PDF? Any additional information would be helpful in order to best assist you. Thank you!

@zita.yan79 They have sent me a mail with instructions to solve the problem. No time at this point to implement but I'am sure it will work since I now know from Mindjet what the problem is. The problem is a failure in the pdf-Xchange modlue.
It is not possible to attach their mail or a document here, Therfore hereuinder a copy of the message, 'Think that Brittney or Steven will also sent you the same message.

Note: This is offcourse if your problem is the same as I had.!!

To solve the issue, please reinstall the PDF-XChange Software.

1. Close all applications

2. Uninstall PDF-XChange via the windows control panel

3. Install PDF-XChange via the setup file PDFX3SA_sm.exe which you will find in the MindManager program directory:

Vista/ XP users:
C:\Program Files\Mindjet\MindManager 10 (or 7, 8, 9 - depending on your version)

Windows 7:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mindjet\MindManager 10 (or 7, 8, 9 - depending on your version)

Once you have navigated to the MindManager directory in Program Files and double-click the file PDFX3SA_sm.exe.
This will run the PDF-XChange installer. As a suggestion please reboot your system after doing this.

No license key is required for PDF-XChange.

Thks for your help! Problem is solved. I re-install the pdf-xchange software as instructed.

note to Steven: at re-installation request was made for a registration code? This is not the license key, thus I have left the allready filled in expression "Trial" and installation can proceed.
Further although I work with MM2012 there appears to be no folder MM2012 but only MM2010. Does this mean that MM2012 only reflect minor changes to MM2010?
