On a Mac - when I try to export to word I get a message that says, "To view this web content, you need to install Java Runtime Environment". When I do so, I tr y to export again and I get the message "export complete" but the exported document is not there. I go back to export again, and I get the same Java Runtime Environment message again. Can you help?

I've had this same problem on many occasions and have found it seems to be related to where the file is located and to where it is being saved. In my instances, the MMAP existed in a Dropbox folder, and I was trying to export to another Dropbox folder. I got the same kind of error message that you did.

But--when I moved the MMAP file to my desktop, and exported to my desktop, the export worked properly. Hope that helps, and hopefully MindManager will make the necessary fix!
