Exporting files containing hyperlinks in .pdf format.`

I'm having trouble exporting maps as .pdf files for others to use as a reference. These files contain hyperlinks to other files/sites and the hyperlinks do not always work. They seem to work within MindManager 2012 using the "outside MindManager" option but when opened by Adobe they may or may not work.
Is there a place (topic) where this problem is addressed?
We want to create MindManager maps and allow them to be used by our employees who do not have access to the application. They can use a .pdf viewer to look at the files but the links need to be able to offer transfer capability to other files and sites.

Links to files in the PDF viewer will work with:

- a shared mapped (Windows not MindManager) network drive with the same absolute address in every user location e.g. n:/shared files/projects/plan.doc

- Or to a URL e.g. http://company.com/securefilestore/pr...

- Or use Dropbox or Skydrive with relative addresses and storing the PDFs and files in a fixed folder structure.
