Is there a way to set how many levels deep the scan should be, so I can have all or part of the file share structure?
I wrote to customer support, they replied with the following:

Dear MATTHEW REYES,
Thank you for contacting Mindjet Support. Unfortunately, the Files and Folder option only goes about 3 levels deep. Everything under that third level would need to be brought over manually.
If you need further assistance, simply reply to this email or give us a call.

I am trying to modify the All Files and Folders Map Part to allow me to display an additional level of directories and folders. The existing tool does not do what I need; it only lists Files and Folders in the top level of the nest.
Is there a means to make this happen? It is not trivial to repeat this function for every nested folder. If it's not possible, please consider updating your documentation (not to mention the Map Part title) to clarify this lack of functionality.
I am struggling with the same issue - one potential work-around I found is by scrolling the tree once created to figuring out where sub-folders still are missing (this I do by checking the internal browser window), and then to recall from that map-branch the 'Import from File explorer' once again to get the next three levels (anyway, number of levels should not be too high, to comply with system-based path-length restrictions).
Unfortunately, the explorer window does not allow to copy-paste the path provided by the internal explorer but requires navigating again and again into sub-folder structures - this is in my view much to inconvenient to be a real workaround, even for a limited number of ommitted subfolders.
But it should be easy enough to replace the explorer window of the import-option by a more capable version so that at least pasting a path could provide a quick jump to the target sub-folder from where to import next nested sub-folders
May be that's an idea for a little step forward???
Still, for a future update a few more sub-levels would be much appreciated
