Finding details for clients

Hello,
I work for a charity, and we are trying to put an interactive map type of thing on a mind map detailing or money advice. We are using the map itself for people to self diagnose what they need and the search will be 'What to do next.'

I would like people to be able to put in their post code or city, receive a local Citizens Advice Bureau, and have a list of other available help (which is a pdf that will need to be included- its one PDF per local authority ).

Is this possible?
What sort of things would I need to do?
I have a bit of programming experience but am VERY new at MindMap.

We are based in the Wales, but are trying to capture UK wide results.
Thanks
