Further Connect password issues

I have spent the last four hours trying to log into Mindjet Connect each attempt has resulted in me having to reset my Password. I have at each attempt used the same password and each time I am informed that I have successfully changed my password and each time I try to log in from MindManger 2012 with no success. Frankly its beyond a joke and it appears to have been going on since 2009. The link I have used is as follows:

Hi Michael,

Can you log in from the Web at vision.mindjet.com using your uid and password? If so, it sounds like you may be behind a Proxy or Firewall and should review the following KB article specific to Proxy configuration for MindManager 2012 (http://kb.mindjet.com/articles/en_US/...).

If you cannot log in from the Web interface, I would suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser.
