garbled Chinese in Chinese Version of MindManager 2016

Hello, I am a user from China, and I bought the software recently.  The version I bought is a Chinese version, here is something I found

1. The folders that are under folder "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Mindjet\MindManager\16\Library\ENU" are all garbled Chinese, which prevent me from using them;

2. the Excel range functionality can not be used;

3. cannot use exporting to web functionality, the prompt is the template folder can not be found which is also garbled Chinese on my machine.

We do not offer a Chinese language version of MindManager. MindManager 2016 is available in English, French and German.

To resolve the issues you are seeing, you can try to set your Windows Operating System to English and use regular latin characters for all file paths on your system.
