Have you tried the new HTML5 export?

The new HTML5 export feature in MindManager 2017 is available now. If you are experiencing issues exporting your maps please describe your issue here. We plan to update the export functionality  in version 17.1 coming later this year and want to fix as many issues as we can before then.

When I export to HTML5 the file does not work in the IE11 but in the other browsers, it works fine.

Additionally, there is only one moment that I could see this file working in the IE11. Only when I open it from an email, like outlook f.e., but from a local folder it always crash. 

Any idea of what it could be ?

HTML5 Export should work with IE11.

We would need to investigate further into your issue to determine the cause. Please send an email to customer.support@mindjet.com and include the version of MindManager you are using (found under File/Help / the most recent version is 19.1) and the version of the export you are having the issue in (Open the exported file and press CTRL + M / The most recent version is 3.2.105)
