Have 2 different licenses. New one is considered "trial" and is not

I have had a Mindjet license for many years with a different email address. Now I have purchased a new license for a Non-Profit association and this email address is associated with the new license. This is not a "trial", we are in deployment mode. How can I help you to update your records.

Thanks Mathieu, I did not follow you URL and did however get excellent support by calling Customer Service 1-415-229-4200 (option 2). I have bookmarked it for future reference.

They talked me through the whole process successfully.

After a most courteous phone call back we determined I would have to wait until an upgrade was available.

I am happy to report that my inability to login to the accounts was due to "copy and pasting" email and passwords.

When I actually typed the email and password LOGIN proceeded without a hitch.

I still face the problem of LOGOUT and a bypass I have is to delete the App and download it again.
