When adding a resource I get the error 'Mindjet 11 has encountered a problem and needs to close" I am using windows XP. I am working on a new file and even had the software reinstalled and this has not fixed the problem. Any ideas?

Are you yourself able to reinstall the software on you system, or are you using a network-deployed installation of Mindjet? Could you check if you're running the latest version of Mindjet 11, which is 11.3.305 ?

Hi Mathieu,
Thank you for responding. We use a company wide network-deployed install and use version 11.0.276. I am the only one having this issue on old files and well as newly created ones.

OK. It would de nice to see what part of Mindjet (or its libraries) is causing the problem. Would it be possible for you to copy the first 10 lines of the report that is located under the 'click here' link in the error  screen? (see screenshot below)
