I cannot open a map file, although it still exists on my list. It's really important :(

Error reads:
Mindjet Connect can't open that file. Possible reasons include:
- The file was deleted, by you or someone else.
- The file is password protected.
- The URL doesn't point to a valid map file.

Try Mindjet Support, They maybe able to recoer the file for you.

You should still be able to download the file to your desktop. However, because Mindjet will try to open the file directly after the file has been downloaded you'll still receive the error message even though the map file will be available on your local system.
After you've downloaded the file, you'll probably need to repair the file. This can be done either by sending the file to Mindjet Support or to us :)
