Help recover my file please!

When I went to open a file on the cloud client today it said that it was already checked out, which was odd as it's only me using the account.

Now I get this error.

Mindjet Connect can't open that file. Possible reasons include:

- The file was deleted, by you or someone else.
- The file is password protected.
- The URL doesn't point to a valid map file.

Is it possible to recover my file?
