Hi all, is it possible to rotate an inserted image in the map (Mindmanager 2016.1)?

Thank you.

This is an interesting question, so I have checked this for you in MM 2016 and....
If the image is already in the map I found no way to do it.

If you want to insert the image from the Library, then you can mouse over the image and you see a small triangle at the right. Click on that you can open it in your favorite image tool ( I use Snagit) and there you can rotate and save it.
After that you can place the rotated image in your map

Any other solution is welcome ;-)

Thank you for your reply. My images are screenshots of book pages and all are in portrait format. if I insert them into a mindmaneger map they all are in landscape format and it is not possible to rotate them into the portrait position. Is format of the branches always landscape? I would like to read the text without any additional rotations :-).

It may be that you created your images with an iPhone / iPad or other camera that saves them always inĀ  landscape.
MIndManager seems to do nothing with the images, so places them as they are delivered.
The only solution I can find is to open and rotate it in an image editor to be certain it is saved as portrait, before inserting it into your map.
