There is no way to do this with macros, because macro objects are destroyed when the macro ends, so you cannot keep a pointer to ribbon tabs or buttons. You can do this with an Add-in, because the Add-in stays loaded.
Many years ago someone wrote an add-in to do this but I do not think it was kept up to date. I am not sure if a macro launcher is part of Olympic's MAP add-in.
You can add macros to the menus in MindManager under Advanced > Macro Organizer but this does not include the ribbon tabs.
