How do I stop MindJet from automatically renewing my license?

Hi Guys,

From what is obvious from my question, MindJet charges and renews my license - without any pre-authorization from my end. This has been happening for two years in a row now.

I'm guessing I might have innocently checked some box, at the time of purchasing the license 3 years back, or perhaps left some box unchecked. Either case, any suggestions on how I can undo it now & not get involuntarily charged a third time - would be greatly appreciated.

You reseller can do that easlily for you.

Or else, you may try and contact (sales) support.
I Guess you are in Finland, so the best way is through the German support (they speak English and lots of other languages)

Hi Arun

There were no check boxes. A subscription license is sold with this paragraph in the email when the license is delivered in the UK.

"Subscription products: (Maintenance & Support, Mindjet Connect, Deal Navigator, etc.)
will be automatically renewed annually and you will be invoiced unless either party
notifies the other of nonrenewal in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date."

I guess Ary's support link above is good place to "write" to.
