"the only way I have to login to a different account is by deleting the App and downloading it again" and this does not work anymore or the other suggestions shown.

After a most courteous phone call back we determined I would have to wait until an upgrade was available.

I am happy to report that my inability to login to the accounts was due to "copy and pasting" email and passwords.

When I actually typed the email and password LOGIN proceeded without a hitch.

I still face the problem of LOGOUT and a bypass I have is to delete the App and download it again.
