How to collapse ior expand all topics as with the Collapse or Expand triangle in the right area op the topic

I am looking for a way to collapse all topics that contain properties as formula outcomes. Like in this screenshot the Total hours and (Total) Costs.
I can collapse and expand the topic using the triangle shaped icon as shown, marked Yellow, in the attached screenshot but with more than a few topics that is not efficient.

Is there a way to collapse or expand all topics, e.g. hide the formula outcomes, with one command?

Thanks in advance for your tips

The MAP for MindManager add-in has a function to help with this along with many others that help with Topic Properties and other MindManager Topic elements.

http://www.mapformindmanager.com/map-commands/showhide/

There is a 14 day trial so you can try this and other functions that the add-in provides.

Nigel

Hi Peter,

It looks like it is not enabled in the Ribbon in your screen shot. If you open the MAP Task Pane, locate the Show/Hide Properties command, right-click and select Enable in Ribbon Menu then it will appear in the ribbon menu.

It will appear next to the Task Panes command under Show/Hide

Dear Nigel,

I can not find the show hide properties command. But what I see in your screenshot that you use MAP version 2.1. The version that I've downloaded and installed in Mindmanager 2016 today is version 2.0.

Perhaps there lies the problem?

Hi Nigel,

i have found the problem.

It was apparently necessary to first set the option Show the Task pane tabs.
After that I was able to enable the Show Hide properties button in the Ribbon as you suggested earlier. Perhaps you can add this pre-requirement in the MAP user manual.

Thanks, Peter

An even easier way would have been if you go with your mouse to the bottom right of your mindmanager screen.
There you find an icon that allows you to switch the tabs on/off via the twistie -triangle

This is something every experienced user knows, but I find in all my trainingclasses, that new users have trouble finding it.  ;-)

Hi Ary,

Thanks for the tip. As you probably found out I'm not an experienced user. I'm using it when it seems the right tool for the occasion. ;-))
