(1) how to highlight color (need automatically) of topic, in to green, once it finish within set date?
(2) yellow color for approaches to set date
(3) & Red color for over date ?
and to have same visual in (output) Gantt Ghart too.
I am using 14.3.192 version

This works if in case of Finance conditions.
But the one i mentioning is may be different. What if I am not using finance conditions. Just followup according to the time base.
If exceeds that time it must be appear in RED, Yellow for near to the assigned date. And green if task finish within assigned date.
I tried as you suggested but i did not find the way.

Yes - Smartfill works with numerical properties of the topic but as far as I know does not work with dates.
The first two of your requirements, however - to show "at risk" and overdue items - can be achieved using MindManager's Task Info facility, provided you are rolling up task info to a parent topic, you set start and due dates and you select a progress icon. According to MindManager Help, these are defined as follows:
"Tasks are considered at-risk if their current progress indicates that they may not be completed by their Due date. Specifically, if the period between the Start date and Due date is more than 75% elapsed, but the Progress is less than 75%., the task is marked as at-risk.
"Tasks are past-due if they are less than 100% complete and their Due date is today or earlier."
The default colours for at risk and overdue are also similar to what you require but can be varied in the "Calendar and display" options on the Task Info tab. They should also show up in the Gantt chart.
Unfortunately there is no ability to add a different colour to show completed tasks on the map. The old Power Markers add-in could do this (and a lot more) but unfortunately Mindjet dropped this facility when they acquired it. Smartfill is a much more limited feature and while Mindjet have indicated that they are considering improvements, none have been implemented yet.
The Gantt chart does however change colour to show completed tasks, but in a complex way. If the task has not been started (in other words, it is 0% complete) and has a colour assigned to it in the map, the bar for the task in the Gantt chart should show just this colour, unless the task is at risk or overdue. On the other hand, if the task is at risk or overdue, then in both the map and the Gantt chart the colour should change accordingly.
If the task is 0% complete, the bar in the Gantt chart should show just this colour. If however there has been some progress, the proportion of the task completed as indicated on the map by the progress marker will reflected as a section of the Gantt chart bar changing to a grey colour.
For example, if the task has been coloured blue, it is not at risk or overdue and 25% has been completed, then in the Gantt chart the first 25% of the bar will be grey and the rest will be blue. On the other hand if the task is overdue but is 25% completed, the first 25% of the Gantt chart bar will be grey and the rest will be light red (or whatever colour has been assigned to overdue tasks).
If the task is 100% complete then the progress marker for the task on the map will show a tick and if the colour had changed to show it was at risk or overdue, it will revert to the assigned colour. On the Gantt chart, however, the completed task bar will show as 100% grey, irrespective of the assigned colour and whether the task had become at risk or overdue or not.
Finally, another point to remember is that you can filter both the map and the Gantt chart to show only those items which are 100% completed (based on the progress marker) or at risk or overdue (based on the assigned colours).

Can i download V15 software and can use same licence should be ok ?
