How do I manage Project Director Content in the long term?

Project Director is a flexible approach to collaborative working. It allows you to increase and decrease the size of the work group as your projects and portfolios grow and shrink.

How do files remain accessible to the work group when members leave?

For example: 60 people have been working on it and on completion there is just a core team of 4 maintaining it.

How can you archive a project?

For example: An account was created to manage a specific project and now its completed and there will be no further activity on Project Director but all the files have to be retained in case they have to be reopened.

I can't figure out what to do with completed projects either.  Can move them to an archive folder, etc.  Do completed projects have to clutter the dashboard after completion? To me it looks like they can't even be deleted.
