If you don't have an iPad, talk to the people who sent it to you. I understand the Pro version of Xmind is able to export in MM format: http://www.xmind.net/pro/features/

Do you expect to support reading/importing .xmind files? I'd like to be able to work on the same files that I've created on my Linux desktop using XMind. Synching the files across devices could possibly be done via something like Dropbox.
