How to stretch the map horizontally?

Hi,
I often end up with maps like the on in the image attached, that have so many level 2 or 3 sub-topics that the map gets long vertically, and fails to use the full width of a screen display (or page print). Is there a way of stretching the map horizontally so that a lower level of zoom out is required to see the whole map?
Thanks.

You can increase the screen area available for map display by minimising the ribbon. Click the chevron top right below close map icon.

You have all topics as single lines, so you have already maximised topic width.

You can change the gap between topics. Right click a parent topic > Topic Format > Subtopics Layout > Distance between siblings.

If you want to apply the change to other topics at this level, click Map Style bottom left and Save in Default Style for this Map.

Otherwise try other Growth Directions as Ary suggests.

Or use the Right click topic > Send to new map to create a child map for the largest main topic(s)
