(I've seen other posts about this, but no solutions have resolved the issue for me to date, so trying here.)
MindJet MindManager 2018 (re-dist) created the html and it works fine on the machine where it is create from, but when sent to another person, it just sits there stuck on 'Loading....'

Tried uploading to your homepage and opened access to the file through the server (that is, if on Linux based server, open all access for reading and execution for all levels ?

Thanks, @Alf - my requirement is a lot more basic.  Just need to create an html file that someone without access to MindManager can read.  The strange thing is that it works every now and then, and then again not.  I've been creating the same map in short sequence with no changes - the first time it worked, and the next it didn't.

Is this done with MinManager 2018(evt. 2017) presenting with HTML 5 or with earlier versions ?
In case earlier versions, upgrade to latest version.
But sometimes browsers may make some problems if port 80 is blocked. A sure way to share is through your homepage and ensure the file is accessible.
I use WinSCP to upload files and then mark the new file and select properties on right button drop down menu to open access first time. Later upgrading the same file keeps the allowances.
For SSH I have downloaded the Putty package and configure it and create a secured account.
