html5 export, missing icons

I have used both icons from the Icon menu (top bar) and number icons from the "More icons" menu, but only the icons from the Icon menu will export to html5.  Using Mind Manager 2017 version 17.2.208 .  Is there a fix or workaround?

I'm wondering, are those icons that are missing in the HTML5 export custom icons that you've added yourself?

No, the icons were from the More icons > Alpha Black menu that are installed with Mind Manager, not custom icons.

Hmmm, I tried to replicate this on MindManager 17.2.208 but was unable to do so (see screenshot below)

Try the same thing using the "Timeline map" template.

No problem, tried the Timeline Map template and got the same results (see screenshot).
Could you please check the version of your HTML5 export by pressing CTRL+M in the exported map (see right side of the screenshot)?

The version of HTML5 export listed on CTRL+M is 1.3.118.

Can you create a simple example map with this issue and post the mmap and HTML file here so we can have our Engineers take a look?

How do I post mmap file or html file?  It looks like comments can only be image or pdf?

Current solution is to use the web browser Google Chrome.  My company's current version of Internet Explorer continues to display only some of the icons, not all.

Hi Bev, our engineering team investigated this and it is a bug that occurs only when user IE and Windows 7 together. It will be fixed in our next release, sorry for the inconvenience.
