How can I remove the MindManager Logo from all HTML5 outputs and as well there is a help link on the files and when clicked it takes a user to the MindJet site.  I don't want that to happen as it creates issues from users

You are not alone in this.
We all are extremely annoyed.

Lets hope someone at Corel-Mindjet understands that this is degrading the value of a beautiful feature.

And as long as it is in place, it prevents attracting new users

I thought it was just me.  Yes, If we can remove the logo, that will allow clients to build and share maps within their organizations and with others.  I would support something t remove the logo on the HTML files.

While we wait on Corel's reaction in this, a quick fix could be to remove just one line from an exported HTML5-file (see highlighted line below). If you need some help in finding the right line, just contact me :)

I tried a couple of things and it looks like the help link can be removed by removing the entire top button bar, which is the line highlighted in the screenshot below:

Great - this is very timely. I'm just writing up an example on my blog of how to use the HTML export to create a simple map of blog posts, but one that doesn't look so obviously like a map. I'll include the instructions above (with the appropriate credits, of course), along with a modified version of Andrew Wilcox's tip for including a map on a page using WordPress.

I'll try to complete the write-up tomorrow. In the meantime here's what the finished page looks like:
