HTML5 Viewer for MindManager (Windows + Mac)

We need the Mindmanager Flash Viewer to be converted to support standard HTML5 output.

Flash is fundamentally DEAD as a growth platform - especially for mobile apps/browsers. MindJet was heading in the right direction by creating the HTML5 viewer feature in the MindManager for Mac version. However, it was/is really buggy and it is not yet available in the Windows version.

REQUEST:  Please MindJet, please develop and release the MindManager HTML5 viewer for BOTH Windows and Mac. This will allow us to insert viewable/clickable Mind Maps in our websites - just like the flash viewer, but they will now be viewable on ALL platforms including Mobile!

Hopefully this will arrive soon (in version 15 perhaps?)

As stated in some other posts, Mindjet is working on a new universal visual canvas that will be based on HTML5 and will be much more accessible from all platforms. However, I'm pretty sure this new canvas will not yet be included in MinManager 15...

Thanks, Mathieu,
Can you refer me to any info/links/posts on this "universal visual canvas."  I searched for it in this forum but nothing surfaced. Sounds intriguing but I'm not clear on its function.  Is it a 'viewer' replacement?  Or a broader application development?

Cheers, -JT

Sure, for example see Alex's reply here: https://community.mindjet.com/mindjet/topics/ipad_iphone_mind_map_app_fails_floating_topic

Mindjet is working on a way to unify their Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android apps

Thanks,
Alex does not reveal much info in this post.  Any others? (especially related to exporting map content to HTML5 or SVG?)  Most of the MindManager web-based exports are seriously outdated now (IMHO).  Maybe there are some add-ins that bridge the gap.

Cheers, -JT

There isn't much information available, we'll have to wait and see what Mindjet will start to work on after MindManager 15 has been launched.
