I use MM15 but not sure why I don't have the option to export my maps to PDF but just as a fixed image instead of the pdf viewer or SWF? I choose export as an image and I have all the other options (png, gif, jpg) but the PDF. Am I looking at the wrong place or was this option removed in MM15?

I use print to a pdf creator to achieve this.

A good free option is Cute PDF Writer, which can be downloaded here - http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

Once installed, simply go to File>Print and select Cute PDF Writer as the printer.

What these responses are politely trying to tell you is that yes, the PDF driver was removed from MM15 (actually 14.1 onwards) and you have to use a third-party print driver such as the ones suggested. Other alternatives include the free PDF driver add-in from Necsus software, which is integrated into MM and works like the original MM driver, or you could install image printing software like Image Printer Pro (I think around $40-$50) which give you the facility to print not only PDFs but also a variety of image formats from whole maps or MM slides.

Here is a free partner add-in which allows the print to PDF:   http://necsus.com/mindmanager-add-ins/export2pdf/

Thank you all for your suggestions. Seems that Cute PDF Writer works fine for me as suggested. Not sure if this is a 3rd. party software but it was there for me when I selected print.
