I cannot login with Mindjet for technical support

Cannot login on https://vision.mindjet.com/
My email/password does not work, and the reset password email never arrives, not in the spam email box either.

I need technical support because in mindmanager 2019 the powerpoint options are suddenly greyed out. I have done all the addin checks, repaired the installation, reinstalled; nothing works. Same problem on the desktop as on the laptop.

Well the link you try https://vision.mindjet.com/ is for a very old and not maintained webservice, NOT for support.

I cannot replicate your problem, since everything works fine on all my systems.

I am sure you have done all the checks etc etc..... but...

What has changed on your installation in the time between you had NO problem and this annoying situation?

Did you do an upgrade on MS Office? Windows 10? switched from 32 to 64 bits? Switched from MS Powerpoint on your computer to a cloud service? Anything else?

And did you check if the MS office software allows the use of MindManager add-ins? They need to be checked -on- at both software.

Hi Ary, if I try to login on the link you mention https://www.mindjet.com/support-info/ I get the login screen from https://vision.mindjet.com/  So it is not old!. ut I have since found that that that it is a different login from the one which is done from inside the Mindmanager package, and found a screen to create a new userid. So that bit is solved.

The other problem - well, it is just powerpoint that is not working.  All the other options are working. Also, there is no disable plugin within Powerpoint. I have tried to find out from the Mindmanager documentation what this ppt dll (I am assuming it will be a dll) is called so I can manually install it, but no joy.
And yes, I have 32-bit versions of office and of Mindmanager.  I have Windows 10; and both Office and Windows are automatically kept up to date.
This problem is new, arrived with Mindmanager 2019.

Well very strange. Even if i click the link in your response above it never brings me to that vision.... url.
You are able to contact Tech Support so you're ok.

One other thing you may try is to create slides View tab , presentation, first before export to ppt. This slides step is needed since vs 14, so you may know and tried it.

Thank you Ary, but the presentation option under "view" is also greyed out. So I cannot create slides
I have also noticed that the export options for webpages and OPML are missing even though all add-ins are enabled within Mindmanager. I hope Support can help me. So far they have only come up with reinstalling and repairing installations. Which does not help.

Do you have a licensekey? (Just yes/no please)
Is is MMEnterprise 2019
Did your system admin do the installation?
