I cant export ms word my map/. Appearance this mistake - Java must be installed on your computer in order for maps to be exported. If Java is installed on your computer then the export failed due to an application or filesystem error. what am i do/ thank

Yes, this is the general message if something is wrong (not necessarily related to Java). Did you try to just export a blank new map and see if that works or try to export to your Desktop to rule out any file-related or filesystem-related issues?

Check your MacOS Console for additional information regarding the error you are facing. It will usually provide more details, and will help you find your problem/solution. I faced a similar problem exporting to HTML5 snd the message I got was the same as yours – not very helpful. But then I checked the Console and found I had an incorrect (incomplete) installation (missing a Library directory). With that information in hands I was able to found the solution for my problem and now I can export it correctly to any format.
Hope this helps.

Let the Console opened side-by-side when running your Mindjet. The moment you try to export, it will present you with an error, click on the error and it will present the exact error you are facing...

If you would like, please let me know when you are available and we can do an Skype. I will show you what to look for...
