I have a Mindjet Connect Basic which I access on the web using Google to login. I have been unable to login to the MindJet App on either my iPad or on my new Android phone. Does my account not give me access to the mobile apps? or syncing?
Since I log in with my Google Account on the web, and there is no Google login in option on the mobile apps and my Google ID and password don't work. Are you suggesting I change my MindJet password or the Google Account password?
