Improve MindManager's ability to import from Word

Following this recent discussion on importing indented and bulleted lists from Word, I'd like to suggest that MindManager's ability to import Word documents with heading styles and apply the correct document hierarchy be upgraded to do the same with:

  1. Outlines which use spaced indents (which can currently be imported by cutting and pasting, but not through the import facility);
  2. Outlines which use tabbed indents; and
  3. Bulleted and numbered lists.

Currently the last two items can be imported only after they have been converted to heading styles (or copied if they are converted to outlines with indents using spaces).

Following a comment from Colin on the original thread that prompted me to suggest these improvements, I have retested MM's importing of tabbed indented outlines from both Word and an RTF file (Colin's suggestion) using cut and paste and got them both to work. However there appear to be some inconsistencies in how well MM works with Word-based tabbed outlines so it would be better if this could be incorporated into MM's "official" Word import facility.
