Incomplete connection to Outlook 2016

When in Outlook 2016 (32-bit), I can successfully (and easily) send an Outlook item to MM 2017 (32-bit), and I can open that Outlook item from within MM 2017. AND, if I open the Outlook options in the Advanced ribbon and select "send an item to Outlook," that action completes successfully. I CAN synchronize my MindManager topics that are Outlook items.

BUT, if I select any Outlook query in that Advanced ribbon Outlook option, I get this message: "There was a problem running the Outlook query .... The query folder might have been deleted or moved in Outlook. Please verify your connection to Outlook and try again."

SO, both my apps are 32-bit, and I can make many connections with Outlook. What do I need to do to run Outlook queries from MindManager 2017? Thanks for your help.
