Incorrect password error since upgrade to 2017

I recently upgraded to MindManager 2017.  When attempting to add Mindjet Cloud as a "place" through my desktop installation, I receive an "incorrect email or password" error.  When I try the "forgot password" link, no reset link gets sent to my email.  I am successfully able to log in to my library through  Any advice?

Hi Grete, Mindjet Cloud is a new product that is currently for Enterprise and in beta. Most likely the reason it is not working is that you are using your previously existing Mindjet ID, Mindjet Files, or Project Director email and password, since Mindjet Cloud is a different service those credentials would not work.
